RENT COLLECTION

All rental payments are due on the 1st day of the month and late payments are applied if not received by the 3rd day. We will take action to have the tenant removed if rental fees are not paid in a timely manner.

ACCOUNTING SERVICES

We will record every transaction affecting your account balance. Copies of all receipts and work orders are kept on file and duplicate information will be provided upon request.

MANAGEMENT FEES

All Management fees deducted from your account upon posting of the rental payment.

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

In order to protect your investment we provide all maintenance services with qualified contractors. Routine maintenance will be performed as needed upon approval and follow up inspections are done to ensure quality.
